Ingredients

1/2 ounce gin

1/2 ounce Giffard Abricot liqueur

1/2 ounce strawberry syrup

1 1/2 ounces egg white

Steps

Reverse dry shake all ingredients. Fine strain into a chilled goblet. Garnish with large drops of aromatic bitters, and drag a toothpick through them to create hearts.

5 ounces cold brew coffee
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce egg white

Steps

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously with ice in a shaker. Strain into a chilled coupe or goblet. Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon.
